Darwinium helps teams detect fraud and abuse across websites, mobile applications, and backend services. It brings together digital profiling, journey context, and real-time risk decisions so you can understand an interaction and decide how to respond.

For a task-oriented route through the platform, use Protect customer and agent journeys. To observe your own agent endpoints, follow Monitor MCP and JSON-RPC traffic.

What does Darwinium do?

  • Observe interactions: collect device, connection, and behavioral information through CDN integrations, JavaScript profiling, mobile SDKs, and APIs.
  • Understand the journey: assess an interaction alongside related activity, rather than treating each event in isolation.
  • Make and apply decisions: combine features, rules, signals, and models to inform actions in your application or at the edge.
  • Investigate and improve: search events, review dashboards, work incidents, and use confirmed outcomes as feedback.

Explore the Protect customer and agent journeys for capabilities and use cases, or Architecture & data flow for how the components fit together.

Start an integration

We recommend starting with CDN integration when your traffic uses a supported CDN. It provides a practical route to extending coverage across more touch points through journey and route configuration.

Follow CDN / edge for Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Akamai. Use Install & collect to compare this with JavaScript tags, mobile SDKs, and direct API integration. If you are new to the platform, begin with Start here and Your first successful event.

Build and verify one flow

Follow Your first successful event to connect a test interaction, map it to a journey step, deploy the configuration and find its event in Investigations. Use the Journey Recorder to discover website steps by browsing. Add Marketplace integrations when a flow needs another service or reusable configuration.

A recorded event tells you what was processed. To change the customer experience, explicitly configure how your application or an edge action uses the assessment result. Apply decisions in your application explains that final connection.
