Troubleshooting

If struggling to log in:

1. Your email has not beed added to the Darwinium Portal Users list. An existing Darwinium Portal user with administrate privileges can add you by following:
   https://docs.darwinium.com/docs/managing-users

2. If you have set up SSO, there may be issues with SSO at your company and/or its integration with Darwinium. Raise with your IT; validate you are able to signin to a different application that is with your SSO.

Direct Access

Direct access to the documentation can be supplied if required before an instance has been created. However your documentation account and Darwinium Portal account are then two separate sets of credentials.
