Darwinium helps you recognize fraud, account takeover and automated abuse across websites, mobile applications and services. It combines device and behavioral information with the context of a customer journey so you can decide how to respond to an interaction.

Choose an implementation path in Protect customer and agent journeys: account protection, automated abuse, sensitive transactions, or MCP tool-call observability. Each path links configuration to a verification step.

For example, a login from a new device can be assessed alongside earlier activity on the account, the way the browser is behaving and your own business data. Your configured decision can then inform an application response, an edge action or an investigation.

Follow the path from interaction to protection

  1. Connect your application. Start with CDN / edge integration for supported CDN traffic. It is our preferred route for covering more touch points through journey configuration. Install & collect explains the other options.
  2. Map what to protect. Use Record your first journey to discover website steps by browsing, or author them in Workflows.
  3. Collect and assess an event. Map the relevant identifiers and profiling, then use features, rules and models to assess the interaction. Add a Marketplace integration when another service contributes information or an action.
  4. Apply the result. Configure how the application or edge responds using Apply decisions in your application.
  5. Investigate and improve. Review events and journeys, monitor dashboards, and record confirmed outcomes with labels.

Before you begin

Choose a test application and environment, one flow to observe, and the people responsible for application integration, risk policy and deployment. Confirm portal access to the correct node and the permissions needed for your work. Your provider-specific installation guide lists the infrastructure access it requires.
