Article summary

Dashboards are configured in a hierarchical system. At the top level are Spaces, which serve as containers for Boards. Each Space has one of three access permission levels:

  • Global (accessible to everyone)
  • Realm (restricted to specific realms/groups)
  • User (personal access)

Within each Space, you can create Boards. Each Space is organized into Tabs, which help categorize and organize the Boards.

Boards contain Cards, which are the core content components. Cards typically come in three forms:

  1. Data Tables/Grids for displaying structured information
  2. Data Visualizations for presenting information graphically
  3. Data Summary/Highlight for presenting key statistics

The Dashboards view displays available Spaces. If there’s an error loading the Spaces, a loading error message appears, and the All Cards space loads instead. If the error persists, refresh or reload the Dashboards view in your web browser. If the issue continues, contact the administrator.
