      Journey Lifecycle Overview

      Darwinium facilitates full lifecycle of components on the edge using restricted privileges, managed and controlled by the customer. 

      Journey management process includes the following steps:

      1. An operator logs into Darwinium Portal

      2. The operator uses Workflow Editor to author a new journey or edit an existing one (the journeys are loaded into Workflow Editor from the Journey Repository).

      3. Theoperator uploads a new version of the journey to the Journey Repository. 

      4. Journey Orchestrator detects that a new journey version has been submitted to the Repository and builds the new journey.

      5. The new journey version is uploaded to required Edge Locations.
