Q: How do I know who is an administrator in my Darwinium Portal instance?

These will have been assigned when Darwinium created your organization.
Roles should generally be managed by your organization following that initial creation.

You can find the list of current admins in:
Your Name (top right) > Roles > administrators > Edit > Users
